In the film Meryl Streep's character is a tortured artist, all the drawings she creates are actually drawn by Sally.
As well as drawing on location in Lyme Regis, Sally also visited a morgue to draw a cadaver and Meryl Streep visited Waldegrave Park to sit for portraits.
