Sun Thistle
Scott worked with Neil Wilkin, glass blower, to produce this roundel of flashed glass 21” diameter. Choosing to combine yellow and green on this flashed glass, Sally interpreted a “Cardabelle” a low growing thistle from her home in France, engraving and sandblasting to remove layers of colour to reveal those underneath. |
